We have initiated this process of collection of donation after the lockdown is declared by our PM. Then we have decided to select NGO to provide this service of distributing grain packets on ground level. Dr.Shrirang Patwardhan came up with an idea of giving grain packets to needy staff of MJM Hospital. Once this was confirmed; President had appealed to all the members for donation and within weeks time 25000/- amount is generated. Then we BOD members jointly agreed to get the grain packets from Jankalyan. On 19th April 2020 around 25 packets were distributed to staff of MJM Hospital. Few members of our club were present on this occasion.
