| Meeting Agenda | Friday August 9, 2024: Third Indoor Weekly Meeting – Visitor's Day August is Rotary’s designated month for Membership and Club Development, and we were honored to have District Membership Director Rtn. Dr. Jignesh Pandya as the Chief Guest for this special occasion. Our club members invited their friends to join us, and we were pleased with the enthusiastic response. We warmly welcomed all our visitors, who provided brief introductions of themselves. We felicitated all the members who brought in donors who contributed to various projects, with the chief guest presenting them with honors. The induction of new members and the oath ceremony were conducted smoothly. Rtn Priya Vaidya's introduction of the chief guest was particularly well-received and appreciated by him. Dr. Jignesh Pandya, in his signature style, delivered an engaging presentation on Rotary International, the Rotary Foundation, and the Rotary District. He shared some heritage videos and unique stories that beautifully highlighted Rotary’s impact and legacy. Both existing members and visitors were highly impressed by the program.We extend our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Jignesh Pandya and Dr. Prachi Pandya for being a part of our evening at the club. The vote of thanks was delivered by new member Rtn Sarita Ballal, and the meeting concluded with a delicious dinner. The dinner was sponsored by Membership Team – thanks to Membership Director Rtn Jayasri Kulkarni, Rtn Anand Kulkarni and Rtn Gajanan Mungal. Also the Rotary collar pins were distributed to the members. PI Director Rtn Vandanaa Neginhal sponsored Four Way Test Cards and Rotary Car stickers gifted to all the members. |
